Under the patronage of Ms. Lina Al Bakhit and the Deputy Chairman of Ahli Microfinance Company, the branch number 25th was opened in Jerash on Monday, 18 November 2019, with the presence of several representatives of official and local authorities. The branch serves all areas of Jerash and is ready to receive and serve people with special needs. It reaches out to as many segments as possible, including owners of small projects produced by providing a variety of financial and non-financial services.
Ms. Lina Al Bakhit, Deputy Chairman of Ahli Microfinance Company highlighted: “The Company is keen on achieving financial inclusion by delivering its services to the largest number of groups that are not covered by the financial services to be able to benefit from the banking services, the thing that strengthens the strategy of financial inclusion issued by the Central Bank of Jordan.”
Mr. Marwan Shahatit, General Manager of Ahli Microfinance Company said: “The opening of the new branch of Ahli Microfinance Company comes in line with the company’s strategy in developing the business environment and supporting micro business owners, especially in the governorates. This contributes to supporting local communities and reducing poverty and unemployment by providing financing solutions and creating a culture of self-employment, especially for the groups of women and youth.”
It is noteworthy that Ahli Microfinance Company is one of the Jordan Ahli Bank subsidiaries established in 1999, and aims at enabling the owners of small projects to establish and develop their projects by providing financing products that contributes to improving the life of the beneficiaries.
